The vineyards of Roche Noire and Domaine des Rosiers are located mainly in the Moulin-à-vent, Chénas, Saint-Amour and Morgon crus, as well as in Saint-Véran in Southern Burgundy.

Maturation in barrels

The Moulin-à-Vent is aged for 12 months in oak barrels depending on the terroirs available
